1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect: name, company, email, phone, vessel, port of call, the content of your message, the website language you were using and the date and time of submission.

We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not ask for documents through this website.

3. Purpose

We use this data only to answer quote requests and operational requests about port calls and agency services, and to keep a record of our communication with you.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the steps preliminary to a contract requested by you (LGPD, art. 7, V) and on our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts (art. 7, IX).

5. Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and the resulting business relationship, and for up to 5 years afterwards to meet legal obligations and defend our rights. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the providers that host this website and its database and that deliver our email, strictly to operate these services. Some of these providers may store data outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD you may request: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Cookies

This website uses a single cookie, "lang", which remembers the language you selected (English or Portuguese). It has no advertising or tracking purpose. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
